We got it for the 130's. But it needs a new furnace, Central air and water heater. And the basement will be remodeled in a few years to make it more useful. My brother-in-law owns his own heating/ac business so I'm set there!
The workbench will get new lumber soon. Old owner drilled holes and spilled sheet all over it.
The pond is fun, but high maintenance. Fish sheet and eat a lot!
