Looks like a nice house Nate, but I see alot of raking in the fall though, better invite the local CEG-ers over to lend a hand In the one pic, showing the computer, why isn't the CEG on the screen LOL!

Oops! I just had it on! I swear! Actually I need to get road runner and get rid of my dial-up. I think I'm one of 10 left with dial up...
Yeah, it's going to be raking heaven (for my wife!) I kid I kid.

The back of the house has the sunroom, and part of it is also covered, but without the windows. So I'm getting a weber grill soon and that's going to be the BBQ area. We already have a picnic table out there.
I would have loved a two car garage, but alas it's not to be. The trees also lead sap, so I'm going to wash once a week. I actually love washing my car, so no biggie.
We have 3 bathrooms, so I'm within a "sit" at all times!

Try Des Moines, Iowa for homes. I've got a 1985 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 4 level split at near 2,000 Sq. Ft. for $126,000 2 years ago. Everything is less than 5 years old (furnace, central air, H2O heater). We just refinanced last month at 4 1/8% for 15 years and are only paying $60 more a month vs. our old loan at 6 7/8% over 30 years!!!!!! Yeah for the bad economy!
Nice purchase on the ranch Nate. Looks nice and ready for an extra garage stall to be added. And for those that don't own the house they live in, picking up leaves is so much better when they're your own leaves... "I own this leaf, and this one, and that one over there..."

Damn Bnoon that's sweet.....nice house nate for sure. Yeah here in Wisconsin in Fort Atkinson I've been seeing houses in the 90K-150K range very plentiful. Alot are old farms with big garages and lots of space. 5-6 acres can't go wrong with lots of land to play on with toys Man Now I want a house...apartment just ain't gonna cut it....
