Well, don't drive it too far with the lugs off, but if you losen them a couple of turns, lower the car and drive it a few feet the wheel should pop free. I've done it a few times now with my CSVT without any problems.
Use some antiseize on the hub before you put the wheel back and you won't have future problems.
