I have a 1998 Merc Mystique 2.0 Zetec at home too that I replaced the center rubber inserts on the front and rear mounts. These 2 mounts have round circular iron pieces with rubber inserts inside. When I look at the front mount in the center right behind the fans. This mount looks like it's taking alot of weight. It's not bullseye center but I see the rubber around it.
I looked at the one under the intake ail filter and that one looks okay also. I can't see the other rear on passenger side. The one at top near the coolant and steering fluid is the one in question..

I'm going to draw this into a picture with adobe real fast.. BRB
