I don't recall seeing anyone post this code before either.  Definately reset the fuel shut-off. You should hear the fuel pump run for about 2 seconds when you first turn the key to 'on' just before cranking. (Little whirring sound from under back seat.) There is also a tire valve looking thing on the injector harness where you can check for fuel reaching the engine.
