well, her posted speed limit was 45. FYI, the officer doesn't decide whose fault it was, that's up to the insurance companies, and i'm not going to be in court b/c nobody got a ticket. and yes, i'm thankful that i'm fine, mostly b/c i was quick enough to avoid getting hit on my door. i didn't even have a neck-ache the next day, which is suprising. it's just a frustrating situation to be in.
