their tread pattern looks extremely similar to my toyo t1s

The pattern is close, but IIRC, the rubber compound is much diff. They are quiet, yet perform amazingly in both dry and wet traction. Just look at the rating Tirerack gave them!!! They are underpriced for what you actually get.

have to agree,toyo's are sticky,but they don't last long

so far my toyos are holding up well. i dont beat on them and their treadwear rating is 280. i expect to get a good amount of usage out of them.

checking tirerack the numbers are impressive. 215/45/17 for $137 is nice. they have the same 280 treadwear. i guess they are another potential future tire.

I got a set of these today and will install them at the end of the month. I took a test drive the other day with them on the car and all I can say is WOW!
