I had to solder two points together inside my ECU to get my car to start with a chip. If you think this might be your problem, go to
pdqperformance.com and click on the picture of the ecu that looks like yours. If you don't want to soldier it yourself I think PDQperformance will soldier them for free less shipping if you send it to them.

Did you have to give superchips your ecu code when you ordered the chip? If your computer has been reflashed and you gave them the original code, that may cause some problems.
