Do the SEARCH thing, there has been very good advice on stuff...
Absolutely change the tensioner and idler pulleys.
BK - Steve and myself have had BAD run-ins with these pulleys seizing and causing the belt to go bad prematurely.
Heads up! To those wondering if their pulley/pulleys are on the way out, take off the top of the timing belt shroud, inspect the timing belt. If you see two grooves in it, you have probably removed the plastic cover on the pulley at best, at worst, you have a seized pulley. This was my problem on my car which sent me to get it fixed.
