What's the point(repaint) if they're going to do it again. I live in a apartment complex and the neighbors kids spit, scratch, and leave hand/foot prints on the car. I thought about claiming vandalism but why do it when it's gonna happen again. I'm just going to wait and when it gets worse then I will call my insurance. Sorry to hear about your car, good luck.
