This was my old pimp ride...  Well I sold it and bought this....    Its a 1969 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Endloader Hearse. it has 472ci motor and yes it gets alot of attention!!

A local car audio place here has a hearse with one of the loudest systems you'll ever hear. Custom paint job,etc. It's pimp.

its actually a 472... it was rated at 375 HP and 525Ft-lbs from the factory but you hafta realize that it weighs 7000 pounds thats right i said 3-1/2 Tons!!
but for a big girl, she holds her own!

I never understood why they put such huge engines in hearses. Its not like they are ever going to be driven fast. Everytime I see one they are going 35 tops.
Maybe they used the big engine so it was smooth and the driver didn't have to push the gas much.

jay, well when you are trying to move 7000lbs plus it rated to carry over 500lbs. so why not throw a huge motor in it. the little thing gets 13+ MPG!!
i am surprised at how many are actually saying they like it! thanks
i spent years trying to find one, i went out to ohio to pick this one up. i had 2 offers on it within a couple days of first buying it. but right now i have no plans to sell it. and i dont plan on cutting up the iterior because its in too nice of shape.
