We had a rating system for a while a couple of years ago. not to rate ourselves, but to rate others. It soon got to where it was being used subjectively instead of objectively and was dropped. As far as the title, we all got the "newbie" title last year when our board was upgraded so everyones post count you see re-started in August of last year no matter how long you had been a member.
