At 100K I wouldn't mod it before doing some preventive maintenance. Make sure you don't have any problems with the car now or modding could make it worse and you won't get the results you should from the mods if the engine isn't in good shape.
All in All it is up to her, but I personally wouldn't mod an ATX V6 unless most of the mods were aesthetic.
Just my opinion.
