sorry for the bad news regarding the tranny but to answer your question - yes - there are headers for the Ford Contour.
The company that makes them is MSDS. Click the 'search' link up top and search for that (you can select the Group Buy Forums) and plenty of discussions that will answer any and all questions you may have will show up.
I personally have these headers, and love them....
