I think the SVT is clearly nicer looking outside.. Inside...Mazda nicer by a wide margin... Power.....a draw slight edge to Mazda simply for "modability" Handling....slight edge to SVT The Mazda has more polish..the SVT more viceral character.
It would be a tough choice...but I got the SVT for 18.4K new...we have a winner!
