So, do you blame the customers for not speaking English, or the business owner for catering to the non-English speaker? Why bother learning the language if your environment is adapting itself to you?
I blame the owners for making it easier for these people not learn the language. I understand that they make more money if they accomidate these people, but when an english speaker has a hard time reading and understanding what is there then I think there is a problem. When I have to search for the english or have to try to understnad spanglish thats a problem.
