True that our country was established as a melting pot, but most of the early immigrants were strivin' to adjust to the norms and standards of the society, changed their names to sound it more American, etc. NOW, it seems that it's not necessary, everyone lives in their respective ghettos, and the only thing that many of the newcomers learned is the practice to whine and complain how hard and unfair the life in America is. I am not making it up, I keep hearing from my co-workers and my classmates how much more freedom was in Jamaica and how easier the financial life was in Malaysia, and how less hours ppl had to work in India.
. Am I a BIGOT?
I don't think that you are a bigot, I think you made good examples to support your reasoning. And your point to me is right. My thought is if those people love it so much more in their home countries then they should pack up and leave. Every country has it's problems, its what you do about those problems that makes you part of that country. If you do nothing but complain then you shouldn't live there, if you try to help solve the problem or even back one solution towards the problem then I believe you should be a proud citizen and people should praise you. just my thoughts, Johnny
