(1) If the Power Steering Pressure switch has failed it can cause stalling during low speed manuvers such as parking. This switch tells the PCM to command the IAC Valve to open and raise your idle, whenever you turn the wheels and the pressure in the Power Steering increases.
(2) Torque converter lockup is not just one solenoid. It is also a combination of valves in the valve body. If your problem is in the Torque Converter circuit, then you may need to have the Valve Body rebuilt.
