I'm surprised by how many people pull on Maximas once they hit 3rd. It's surprising to me because an average 5 speed 95-01 Maxima with a y-pipe, intake, and UDP typically runs 14.6@96mph which is quite a bit faster than most CSVT with the same mods. The fact that many Maximas get 96+mph traps vs a CSVT with similiar mods getting 94mph suggests to me that the Maxima has greater topend than the CSVT because it's pulling the CSVT on the far end. Are you guys raincg a lot of auto Maximas because it would make more sense to me. BTW, only 10% of the 95-01 Maximas on the road are 5 speeds.
My Maxima typically gains 22-22.5mph in the final 1/8th which means my car has some pretty strong pull on the far end. Most 99+ Mustang GTs only gain 20mph and even Lightnings usually only get 19mph. How much MPH are you guys gaining in the last 1/8 since that's one of the best ways to show true "topend" acceleration.
