the maxima that my friend has that i raced with my stock se tour was a 96 maxima gxe 5 speed with intake and a dual dtm universal muffler with 18 inch wheels. i think all the maximas that year had the same engine. we were pretty much even from the start but once i got it into fourth i passed him with no problem. i realy doubted that i would beat him but i did. but i think the maxima weighs more than 3,000 it seems way bigger than the tour. its wider and longer.
