The MEVI is awesome, but you MUST get the JWT ECU. The 7000rpm rev-limiter makes all the difference in the world. It allows you to achieve the ideal shift points. The ECU also restores the 10+HP and 10+TQ lost from 3000-4800rpms when using the MEVI.

Y-pipes for the 95-01 Maxima typically gain around 12fwhp/15fwtq. It's probably the best bang for the buck mods out there.

Your buddies 97 "should" be able to get <a href="mailto:14.6@95mph">13.6@101mph">13.6@101mph</a> with the same mods as myself except he removed the seats and ran slicks (1.8 60').

yeah i knew about nealocs times in the 13s all motor. i go on maxima.org quite frequently for not owning a maxima. yeah my friends maxima Should run high 14's but doubt he would since hes never been to the track and im pretty sure he needs a new knock sensor. sometimes i wish i waited and got the 4th gen maxima i originally planned on getting. but i couldnt pass up the deal i got on this car
