My track (KCIR) isn't the quickest and it's the same one DemonSVT goes to. If I could get my 60 foots into the 2.1 range, I'd probably be looking at 14.1 or so, but I don't think it will happen unless I get drag tires though. There is a guy that got
13.6@101mph with the same mods as myself except he removed the seats and ran slicks (1.8 60').
The MEVI is awesome, but you MUST get the JWT ECU. The 7000rpm rev-limiter makes all the difference in the world. It allows you to achieve the ideal shift points. The ECU also restores the 10+HP and 10+TQ lost from 3000-4800rpms when using the MEVI.
Y-pipes for the 95-01 Maxima typically gain around 12fwhp/15fwtq. It's probably the best bang for the buck mods out there.
Your buddies 97 "should" be able to get
14.6@95mph with those mods.
