Yup, that's why I'm getting so frustrated with it; I can't tell where exactly its coming from. On top of that, its very inconsistent. The last three times I drove my car it didn't make any noises. 
I checked the voltage from the battery yesterday, and its 14.5 with the car running; exactly where it should be. 
I'm thinking maybe I should just let it go until something breaks. Then I'll just tow it home with AAA and swap out the broken part myself.
