Does sound like a bearing. Mine goes away at higher speeds too. Someone posted to check a bearing, lift the car and turn the wheel where you think the bearing is bad. Put your hand on the strut and feel for vibration, or roughness. That'll give you which side is bad,,, but that doesn't sound very scientific to me.
Does the noise sound like it's coming from a wheel, not the center of the car??
