Well I dont know about the PIAA's but I am happy with my Silverstars (until I can afford true HID
)
MUCH clearer and brighter than the POS stock lighting, with a slight blu/green tint to it
What I like about the Silverstars is that they're bright, but the light is softer, not harsh and too bright like some of the bulbs I see on ricer's cars
And yes they ran me about $45 IIRC
