Sounds great! Mainly because this is almost the exact system I have been recommending for quite a while on this board. :-)
What is the model number of the a/d/s/ amp?
You will probably want to add the inductor to the rear speaker to get rid of anything over 3000 hz or so.
I personally would subsitute the AdireAudio Shiva for the IDQ sub but if you already have the 10, it should work great. Not sure about the indash CD either. I've never been too impressed with their convenience. I guess i'd spend my money on an indash cd player/changer.
