Some people like me are lazy and don't want to write it down. Plus map quest gives you distances which are quite accurate. Make a turn reset the trip meter. Drive the right number of clicks and start looking for the next turn. Worked really well for me last weekend with my camping till I found out the campground used a PO box in town some 5 kilometers away from where I needed to be.
