You DO NOT need to remove the AC hardware, coolant lines or related hardware-I just did mine-and the only thing I took out was teh battery tray (5) bolts. I didn't even pop off the range selector. I fugure I spent an extra 5 minutes working around teh coolant lines and AC stuff-but-I didn't feel like taking it all off-and the cover and VB will make it out fine. That servo lag bolt trick was good-I will use that-good thinking. I have been taking some pictures and will put up a nice write up when I am done. You probably wouldn't even need to take the battery tray off-but the 5 minutes it takes saved some knuckle skin...
Anyone have the tech info on wear values for the components-what is acceptable?
I am installing the JR kit currently...
