hey, take a look at a fusible link that may be under the driver side cowl... mine melted and caused a major short, yours may have just broke or something.
you'll have to take off the windsheild wipers for this check. not sure if your car will have it, but mine had about 2 feet of fusible link for the parking lights run with the wires for the wiper motor.
i cut the fusible link, and everything worked except the parking lights (parking lights, licence lights, dash illumination, etc.)
