I would save the money for other mods like gauges or LED's or a dual exhaust system. You would probably spend a sh!t load of money to get them anyway. Then modify it so they could fit. Internally, you have to replace the entire headlight mount, brackets, and adjusting assembly with one from Europe, which is a large portion of the front bumper. And then buy the lights and covers on top of that. I don't know exactly, but you're talking at least several hundred dollars in body work.
