i recently acquired a 96 contour SE with a v6 and a 5-speed manual, i am having no problems finding proformance parts, but i want it to look good also, is there anywhere i could get a body kit, or anyway i could get contour SVT ground effects from a 98-00 model to fit on my contour???

Just to expand on his comment...
In the Group Buy Section, there is currently a GB for a Pre-98 SVT Bumper. These have to be custom-made to fit on a Pre-98.
Any stock SVT SideSkirts and Rear Bumper will fit on a Pre-98.
Just to give you a heads up, we're not talking cheap here. The Front is $450, the sides run almost $200 and a rear will run about $400. And then painting would double that.

Not being a search nazi or anything, but I just searched for "body kit" and it came back with 4032 hits since August of last year  . Just some interesting info.  Set it to all forums, all posts and 2000 results per page.

I recently picked up my sides from Bill Jenkins for about $225 including shipping. There is a thread going on in General Mods about how to contact him. 
You could keep an eye on ebay and in the classifieds for the sides and rear as well.
