Any update on this? Do we have a definitive spot? I definitely plan on being out there. And my cousins comin out from Connecticut for the WDC, he's drivin his '01 Lightning

***LATEST UPDATE*** We have the main spot and a back up spot! First the main spot  The main spot is the Mercedes-Benz dealership just S of Quarten on the E side of the street. This is where we were last year and has "front row"
parking to see all the cars coming by, as well as easy access for everyone to see us I will be there by 4:30 a.m. to get things situated, but I'd really NEED people to show up early and help save spots for those who just can't make it that early. When you have a large group there and saving spots, its highly unlikely that anyone is going to even ask "are those other spots taken?" When I say show up early, well thats up to you, but if you could be there by 6:00 a.m. that would be great and if you show up earlier, I'd be very, very happy  , its kinda boring out there so early in the morning.
Now for the back up plan  If for some reason some nutcases spend the night in the parking lot and take ALL the spots we have a back up plan The alternative spot is in a church parking lot right next to the McDonalds which is just S of 9 mile and Woodward on the E side of the street. Theres a Dunkin donuts infront of the lot. This spot is only going to be used if the Benz dealer ISN'T an option, period!
Last year was a close call because the spot we had back in 01' had these guys spend the night there, so thats why I picked the Benz dealer and I was lucky on that one  This is why I have a back up spot for us. I counted about 18 different Tours/Mystiques there last year, so we had a good turnout, but I know we can have an even better turnout this year. Even if your a troll your welcome, the more the merrier  Also if any of your need a "wake up" call at 4:00 a.m. before I leave my house, PM me your cell phone or home # and I'll call you promptly
