just bought 17 inch spinners for my good tour (the one with 80K, not 260k), the look really good but i put them on...and the tires rub the strut plate on the bottom of the strut casing inside the wheel well, its really wierd. i have had 18 inchers on it before and never had a problem... how do i get rid of this plate?
