that's the great thing about this forum, the search feature. you can see everyone else's mistakes and learn from them. unfortunately, i did not know much about this when i got my mufflers welded on, then demon cracked on me and i got pissed cuz i wasted 300 on basically replacement mufflers for the svt ones...
