I was planning on doing the tranny cocktail, but someone in the car repair business told me that I should not. He told me that since the fluid has probably never been changed that changing it now (72,000mi) may cause the gears to "slip" or damage or something like that. Will damage or "slippage" occur if I still decide to change the fluid?
