I've never had trouble contacting them.

If they have it in stock, it ships out pretty fast.

The only time I waited for a part was when they had to wait for Borla to make another run of Contour cat-backs. That was a little frustrating, but I felt it was out of their control. They gave me their best info, based on what Borla was telling them, but the info they got kept changing.

I've never been "ripped off." They didn't ever charge the purchase to me until it shipped, etc.

They are not always the best choice on every part, but they are a major player that chooses to stay involved with underdog, and otherwise underappreciated, "Euro" Ford sedans.

If you can't wait, see if the part is available and in stock somewhere else. Call BAT and cancel your order. Problem solved.

If the part isn't available anywhere else, then what you are witnessing is not a BAT problem, but a Contour problem.
