I still have no idea where you two are getting me being lazy from, I never said that. And, no, I get much quicker answers on here than I would searching, I've tried it before. The trouble with searching, especially on such a common topic, is there's too much opinion and sidetracking, so I have to sift through so much crap, just to get to the real facts and the real info I need. If someone sees a topic that they've seen before, don't respond to it, don't open it, don't bother with it. I don't see why people are so compelled to work themselves up like that.
1) I was courteous 2) I was informative about my question 3) no
Hey, 2/3 ain't bad. And, technically, I did do all I could in a timely manner to find the answer. For ME, that's all the time I had at that moment to search for it. So yeah, I did.

Ok, when I said amen, I didn't mean that you should always post a question whenever you need any answer at that very moment. I always do the quick search first, but if I can't find the answer within the first few search pages (maybe 20 minutes search time), then I WILL go on an just post my question, as I can't spend 10 hours reading every string just because it's heading ressembled what I was looking for. I just try to have a balance between searching and asking. Also regarding searches, once you get so far back in time, you may find that this data is obsolete and no longer applies to the current day, since the current day may offer more solutions, more vendors, more ways to fix the same problems, etc.) Remember that we are always advancing in society and databases quickly become useless in our world and our internet.

I'm out of this conversation, I was just stating my experiences and observations while on the site. Also, you had said that when you search, all you get is mixed opinions.....I'm sorry to break it to you, but that's all you're going to find. Nothing here is actual fact unless you look at Dynos and that would not apply to spark plugs...so all the opinions you are seeing are your answers.

i just put autolites in my duratec and oh my god i wish i did it a long time ago. i had the Bosch+4 plugs and they SUCKED ASS!!! I WILL NEVER USE BOSCH AGAIN. those things must have retarded my timing because all sorts of things were wacky. i even had a slight tick in my engine. Once i changed the plugs, the tick went away, car is more responsive, fuel burns better so now my exhaust doesnt smell like [censored]. i recommend the autolites
