What is the thing that does no harm to you, the other car, or anyone else that just drives you nuts on the road?

Mine is people in convertibles with the top down and the side windows rolled up. Looks absolutely stupid, and defeating the purpose of the convertible!

Driving with the top down and no boot over the folded top is a second place, though not harmless to the car.

People going slower than what I wanna go.

..although it does do harm to the car if seen by the right people.

Throwing cigarette butts out the window, especially when still lit. Drives me insane. You wanna smoke in your car? That's fine, but don't throw the damn thing out the window at my car!!!!

People putting on the signal light for a left turn and turn right instead, and also driving with the signal light on for 50 miles.

people who drive about 5+ mph under the speed limit. i can understand on the highway, but when its like 40 mph or so and people are driving 30 mph, speed up or get outta the way!!!!

Things that people do that could be harmful and are very annoying are people not using turn signal and if they do, they do it as their turning.

People who actually stop on the on-ramp to the highway. I mean how stupid is that? On coming traffic will happily merge and let u on! Thats just screaming "hit me" from behind traffic. Maybe its just a Hoosier thing. Dumb Indiana drivers lol!

Or heres one of my favorites....your driving like 55 mph and a person comes to a stop from a side street waiting to make a turn onto the street in which your driving. they sit their for a few seconds, and are probably thinking, "Wait, wait, almost there, OK NOW!" and they proceed to turn and pull out in front of u knowing full well they wont be doing the given speed limit by the time you reach them. So you have to slow down to like 30 so you dont hit them... Ooooooh that really gets me mad.

Here in Charleston, these people like to be the only ones at a stop sign. You are coming up to YOUR stop sign, but are still about 10 car lengths away from it. The other ppl, instead of doing the required 3 second stop, wait UNTIL YOU PULL UP TO YOUR STOP SIGN and are stopped for 3 seconds, THEN they go.
This friggin drives me up the wall. So instead of them only being stopped for about 3 seconds, they are stopped a total of 15 to 30 seconds at this damn sign. What is more stupid is it is usually a 4 way stop this happens at. So they cannot use the excuse that they did KNOW you had a stop sign too.
Also, ppl not going AT LEAST the speed limit bugs me too. I don't go more than 5 miles over the limit, but I like ppl to drive at least AT THE LIMIT, otherwise get their stupid a$$es off the road. A woman tried to complain to the base cops at the gate the other day because she was going at least 5 miles UNDER the limit, so when the passing zone came up, I went around her. She was pointing at me and saying something. I heard him say "Ma'am, that IS a passing zone, she did nothing wrong." LOL.

People who get in the fast lane on the highway and go about 10 mph less than the flow of traffic but STILL refuse to move when you are behind them even though they have an open lane. Then when you cut into the right lane to pass them they speed up.

One thing that drives me insane when I'm driving from NM to Cali on the 2 lane highways: everytime I come up in the left lane on a couple truckers the one in the back waits until I'm about 5 secs from passing him then decides to cut into my lane to pass the slower truck in front of him, so I end up sitting behind this slow driving jackass trucker for about 5 miles...they do it on purpose I KNOW THEY DO!!
