I installed a Blaupunkt Florida cd player in my '00 Contour. It works fine, except that every few days the clock suddenly gains about seven minutes. I've turned off the "clockset auto" function that supposedly resets the clock based on time signals sent out by some radio stations, but that hasn't helped. It still keeps perfect time for two or three days, then jumps forward. Anyone else seen this? Any cure? Am I experiencing time-bending due to Relativity, Quantum, Doppler Effect, or Parallel Universe issues, or do Germans just look at the passage of time differently?
