I wish you lots of luck and hope you have months of spare time to kill. (No to mention in you are going by just guessing a few PCMs and engines probably)
Not only does each PCM have a different code, but then there are processor strategies, and numerous actual board revisions to work through.
Some versions don't even allow for easy downloading.
I would email the folks at TwEECer and ask them if they have had any luck with your year, PCM style, and processor. That should at least give you an idea of what is in store for you!!!
...and yes... EEC-IV is NOTHING like EEC-V. EEC-IV is simple child's play...
