You probably need the spec sheets on EEC-V. Is that publically available information? A terse search on Google didn't provide much.
I thought about making my own interface for my 6 for OBDII (CAN protocol, specs available) but I emailed Alex Pepper and he said he'll have it in 6 months tops so I'm not going to bother.
