Eric, after the "Alley" ends(toll booth), you'll have another 8-10 miles to go before you reach University drive, where you will exit 595, and continue on 84 eastbound for another .5-1 mile. You will need to make a right turn onto 70th ave, and the warehouse complex will be on your righthand side.
I'm excited that there are going to be a couple of SVT's there..
