The problem is not the price for the kit. I would indeed be around $500 plus international shipping.
I am worried about installation and any adjustments needed.
They don't really have links for the kits, but I am trying to get as much details & literature as I can. I'll keep u informed.

Get the 2.0L mondeo kit, any modification needed could be done by a machining shop for not a whole lot (if it really is a 2L mondeo kit). Keep the pressure real low, and you can get it on and tune later. Depending on how much power you want from it decides what you need to tune it. I'm guessing you don't wanna spend lots of money upgrading the engine, so you're best bet would not run a lotta PSI and just get a custom burned chip by a reputable shop.

Even if you don't have the answer, you certainly have to admire the problem.

The units are different.. and even when talking metric those guys confuse me.
First they told me 0.7 KG is a very nice & LOW pressure to start.
Talking to another guy, he said 0.8 BAR was a nice start and very LOW pressure.
I thought BAR was the unit of pressure.. and not KILOS..
When converting 0.8 BARs to PSI I get: 11 PSI.
They also told me that on a 140HP engine with 0.8 BAR i could get 200 HP easily.
anyone could check the conversion & power increase estimates ???

No way to know until it's on, there's too many factors. But for reference, the 2.3 in my tbird is a low compression version of the 88hp 2.3 in the Mustang and Ranger, and it's rated at 190hp and 240ft/lbs @ 15psi...

Yeah, different turbos will put out different HP at a given psi. But a stock block Zetec can easily do 200whp and up to 250whp with the right turbo, intercooler and tuning and 93 octane. Turbotom's 300whp on a stock Focus was done on 100 octane only. Tuning is the expensive part. The most boost you can push cheap is 5-7 psi and that's anywhere from 150-200whp depending on your setup. Anything more than that and you need serious fuel and timing control, and bigger injectors. Also remember that your stock MAF is only good to 5v then it cuts off fuel. That's around 8psi and won't get close too the redline. As for turbos, I'd stay away from KKK cause...they're the KLAN, come on it's in their name. Seriously I don't know anything about there stuff except upgrades and rebuilds can be more expensive than more commonly used turbos. Stick with Garrett if possible.

Well I thought the Zetec injectors were good up to 175HP? 200whp would max out your injectors quick!

Yeah, 175 crank HP is the max of stock 19lb injectors, and even that's pushing them. For 200 you'd need at least a extra injector and a fuel cut defender. The Greddy E-manage is the cheapest version of that. It can clamp the volts at a set level and then can control 2 extra injectors totally programable. It's supposed to do timing also but it's not compatible with our timing/ecu.

I just met some people overseas with Zetec 1.8 turboed. And the cost of this thing IS MUCH lower than what people been asking here in the USA. I am talking about $500 for a kit with manifolds and the turbo. And that made me think about buying this kit and installing it on my car.

BAT says this head can be used on a 2.0L and you may be able to use it for the turbo...
