Shorty headers for the Focus are crap for turbos. You will be breaking welds in no time. I have seen it first hand!

I'll try to get a picture of the manifold they have for the mondeo, and the could you tell me if it works ???

Explain this picture:

picture

how does that work: you have the cold side of the turbo in a "Y" connection right before the air filter. How the flow works ??? I mean, ain't u gonna have a positive pressure (coming from the outlet of the turbo) AGAINST the air filter ??? Also, What makes the AIR flow to the engine instead of going out thru the filter ?? I know the engine will suck the air, but the "Y" connection u have there looks strange.

Also, would I have to relocate the battery ???

How about my CTA ?? Would I have to give it up ???

Thanks

This is a better picture showing the T (it looked like a "Y" connection from that angle).

My bad... I could see the pictrue really good...

I've found a THIRD one that shows exactly what u have done.

Just ignore about the air filter and "Y" connections...

Here is the picture that shows how the pipes are coming from the intercooler:

The "Y" connection was where the bypass valve vented back into the intake. It doesn't matter if it sucks air bypassing the turbo cause it's all metered after the MAF anyway. I've gotten rid of that and just have a HKS Super Sequential BOV venting to the atmosphere, cause the bypass valve wouldn't hold more than 8psi and I wanted the noise the HKS makes.

That's not a stock exhaust manifold. It's a custom made log manifold using weld els and steel plate. Notice where the turbo bolts to the manifold around the 3rd cylinder.

Looks like a modified stocker.
