Yeah right. The guy works for the government and drives a Kia. I don't think that he is a well of money for some money grubbing accident "victim". Like was said before, he was in his personal car, so his place of employment has nothing to do with anything.

I did go to the hospital for minor neck pain. I didnt really feel anything at first but after about three hours my neck and shoulders ached a bit

Yeah I remember when the Detroit cop, who wasn't paying attention and never had a light or siren on, decided to make a U-Turn on Jefferson Ave. Well I don't think he was paying much attention because, he smashed into the front quarter of my car......thing about it the dude was actually decent and applogetic.
