I also have a 93 accord that has the same problem as your paint does. Once again, it cannot be fixed. I took it to a paint dealership and they told me that it was from bird crap that sat on the paint, so now whenever I see any on any of my cars, I remove it immediately. The only way to get rid of it is by repainting, and it isn't worth it to me.
