I like it the way it is. I want to get sails or something though to compliment mine. Where can I get some?

I think it would be great if you made it look kinda like a boss f150. Blacked out the grille and the roof and paint only part of the hood, then have it swoop together on the front.

i think that would look pretty ricey...would look like someone went out and bought a CF sticker and slapped it down the middle of the car...Pete...Keep the CF hood unpainted...you have the mirror bases and sail panels to set it off
only other thing that would make it look perfect would be an adjustable CF splitter like people put on the M3's That would be badass

I say paint it without a doubt. you leave it two-tone like that and it looks like a 16-year old escort with the mismatched, multicolored body panels from previous accidents or something.

The point of CF isn't to "warn" people or say "hey look at me my car is lighter now". The point is to make it lighter. Who the hell cares if anyone else knows? And Paint doesn't weigh that much so to the next person who says that paint will weigh it down....
But anyways I think your car looks good like that. Just play with different schematics for more black around your car.

No way. Not in a lifetime would I paint just my roof and trunklid black and leave the rest silver. Sure it's a great idea, but not one I'd execute on my car. It just looks...wrong...
Cars look best monochromatic. My vote goes to painting it.

Look guys I like Contours (obviously), but warn them? These cars aren't street rulers, just fun and different from the Rice Rable. Besides a CF hood says to me I wanted a CF hood ( or any CF part) and I had the $$$ to buy it,Period. Looks cool, enjoy it no politics of CF
