The leupold line of scopes are fantastic, nice choice. Some of the lower end simmons aren't that great but this their top of line whitetail expedition and I must say it seems very impressive. I've read great reviews about this scope so I look forward to trying it out soon. It's a 3-9 X42 WA. No I don't hunt alligators in FL I'm traveling to tomahawk Wisconsin in november to hunt deer.
