Clear Gatorade is a good idea not only to rehydrate, but to also get back some lost electrolytes that are lost from sweating, and puking.
Drinking a lot of water is also a good idea.
Get a couple shots of wheatgrass juice from a health food shop or shake shop. Wheatgrass is great in helping you feel better and to get some phyto-nutrients, antioxidants, and minerals back in the body.
Cola syrup will help with the nausea.
