I deliver pizzas in my SVT like everyday, and it does kinda smell like pizzas. But hey, I drive around all day, listen to the radio, talk on my phone, and eat whatever i want and get paid for it, and paid pretty well actually.

The wear and tear would kill me. Plus with the loud exhaust and lowered suspension my svt annoys the hell out of me when driving it for any extended period of time. I think if it wasn't such a rattle trap it would be slightly more bearable.

Do you have to know the streets really well? And what is the ballpark of the pay? I sit at work doing stuff with papers (long description unecessary) and I think that the job I should have is soemthing to do with my car.

I lived there for eight years and just moved out of that [censored] city last month.

It's good to know the streets. When I started I knew all the main streets and NONE of the side streets, so I bought a map, that made it a lot easier. Big apt. complexes were still a [censored], but you learn. I get paid 5.75/hr(minimum wage in MI is 5.15/hr) + $.75 per delivery(cash at the end of the nite) + tips. I end up making b/n $10-20/hr. It's a little hard to depend on the money cause u never know, but it's never really bad. It's hard to get a LOT of hours. I usually get like 20-30 a week.

Just to put it in perspective. For the last two weeks I have a paycheck for $290 take home and $375 cash on my desk to be deposited tomorrow, that's after I took money out of my cash to do whatever I needed for the last two weeks. I think I make b/n $1000-$1500 a month tho I have no real idea. Not bad for a part time job for a college student where like I said b4 I really dont' do jack [censored].

I don't think I'd ever want to deliver pizza in my car ... I'd be worried about grease getting on the interior and making it smell, not to mention all the miles and wear/tear.

BTW, I work in Novi and always see some dude with blond hair driving a Silver SVT, I pass him all the time on Novi Rd.
